The basic gist of this series of posts is to list is to mend some movesets and arte set-ups to offer a very wide variety of playstyles, these signified by a “Technical” and “Strike” arte and weapon set-up. Some characters will have unique names for those set-ups but the idea is universal. Also, they should fix the models to properly form fists when holding weapons, the models for fists exist since Cless does have a proper fist when he punches for the Senkuureppa. Not to mention, some characters are quite lower key compared to their more modern incarnations, some guys just need to Stahn it up way more than now.
J-Stars Victory VS is coming to the west as a + version suppossedly…even though nothing seems to have changed. Not even the FPS are raised to 60 as rumoured. But that’s not the main problem with the game. Continue reading →
Despite being a really small time fan of Naruto(I mostly try and see what will happen at the end since I hate leaving things I invested so much time unfinished), I still love very much the first half of the series and always loved the videogames that came out. A stark contrast to the second part of the manga / the Shippuden anime, the games from that era only advanced forward and made things more awesome! When Storm came around, it was a dream for me who loves those completely 3D / Free-roaming fighters. It has sadly gone so far downhill ever since then but I have enough solutions to make this whole series better. Continue reading →
The latest Dragon Ball is a disappointment…not because it is a bad idea to begin with or due to execution…largely…but due to Bandai Namco’s usual release schedule and scam-y attitude of “we release dates not games” that Activision and EA seem to have mastered by now. As you may guess, this greatly squanders and hampers any proper or even innovative ideas the developer may have. Continue reading →
Dear Bandai Namco Games, please re-aquire the GARO license so that you can make another game with the GARO characters. We are very content if it is a fighting game. You want ideas, but also how to have it be cheap for you and good for us? Don’t worry, Banpresto is always there to make something like the first game that was made.
Or you can hire DreamFactory and ask them to make it more like Toshinden War Budokai.
